  2. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawl of the website. 


Sale conditions

  If you wish to order goods from Linen & Cotton please email your order to [email protected].
  1. Once you have placed an order, an email will be sent to you to confirm all relevant details.
  2. In the unlikely event we cannot fulfill an order, a refund will be issued and the buyer notified.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse a transaction of any products advertised on this website. This may be due to:
  •    the goods  you ordered being unavailable.
  •    the inability to obtain authorisation for your payment. 
  •    the identification of a pricing or product description error. 
  •    buyer does not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.


Product 
     
  1. The fabric photographs generated for the website are for illustrative purposes only and in no way constitute an exact representation of the fabric concerned.  Therefore, we strongly recommend that you order a sample prior to ordering.  
  2. Due to the nature of linen goods, slubs, picks and chaff are inherent in the fabric. These are not considered defects.
  3. Please note some linen fabrics and products can shrink during washing, dry cleaning, ironing, etc.
  4. Shades can vary between dye lots and fabric rolls.
  5. All linen fabrics and products are carefully examined prior to dispatch.


Payment

In most cases goods will not be dispatched until payment is received.

We accept:
1.    Direct payment to our bank account. Please contact us for details.
2.    All major Debit/Credit cards.
3.    Paypal

Returns policy

  1. If in the unlikely case that the linen fabric(s) you have ordered are faulty,  then a claim can be made within 7 days after the order has been received.
  2. When returning goods, the buyer must inform Linen & Cotton prior to dispatching the said goods.
  3. All fabric must be returned in its original shipping condition (i.e. uncut, unwashed, etc).  No claim will be entertained once fabric has been used or cut in anyway in any production process.
  4. Please ensure you have a receipt for your return postage/shipping charges as Linen & Cotton will not be responsible for items lost in the post during return.
  5. Once we have received the goods we shall initiate the refund or replacement.
  6. If goods supllied were faulty,  all costs related to postage for returns will be borne by seller.
